Important information

Please take a couple of minutes to read through the important information below.

 

Thank you for booking into Holiday Club. We are looking forward to welcoming you and your children, please check the booking details attached.  Payments should have been made at the time of booking; if you have not yet done so or not made an arrangement with our administrator, Liam on admin@schoolsouthenleaze.co.uk please pay now.

We will be at Henleaze Infant School for the whole holiday.

 

Please drop off and collect your child from the bottom of the Infant school steps. Please do not leave them unsupervised at any point when dropping off. Drop off is no earlier than 8.15am for a morning session, and no earlier than 1.00pm for an afternoon session.

 

The latest you can collect your child is 1.00pm for a morning session, or 5.30pm for afternoon and all day sessions.If you are late collecting your child we reserve the right to fine you.

 

A member of staff will be outside until 9am ready to welcome your child.

If you arrive after this time please phone us when you are outside.

 

When you arrive to collect your child please let us know by phoning us.

Please do not phone us until you are outside and ready to receive your child.

 

You may use the car park if you or your child have an access requirement, otherwise please park on the street. Please make sure everyone collecting and dropping off your child knows this.

 

Please ensure your child is sent in with a nut and sesame free packed lunch. We will provide fruit and breadsticks (or similar) for morning and afternoon snack. If your child would like something more substantial you are welcome to send additional food in. Please make sure your child has a named water bottle, we can fill their bottles up with fresh water as needed.

 

We encourage outdoor and messy play in all weather. Please ensure that your child is sent in with practical clothes and shoes that you do not mind getting dirty. They are also welcome to bring in a spare set of clothes if you think they will need it.

 

Please ensure all personal belonging are are named, as this will help identify and return lost property to the correct children.

 

We do not allow hand held electronic devices. We have plenty of toys and games, so as much as possible please do not allow your children to bring anything in with them. Anything bought in is done so at your own risk; we do not have any 'safe' storage.

 

Please take a few minutes to make sure your details on KidsClub are up to date, especially medical information and your contact details.

 

There are activities offered every day. They are optional for the children to join in if they wish.

 

Please do not send your child in if they are unwell. Please continue to adhere to all government and NHS guidance. If you are unsure on the day please contact Jenny to discuss.
